標題[請益] 科技業還是傳產

爬了很久的文第一次發文如有不妥還請見諒小弟私立科大機械所畢業有幸進入科技業打滾2年所以也常看到板上前輩們分享經驗前一陣子因為工作關係以及身體因素而離職最近開始找工作了開始煩惱到底要繼續往科技業前進還是要回頭去找傳產的工作科技業薪水比較高但是工時長(12hr up) 傳產薪水低但工時相對不會那麼長(有加班費) 可是工作環境的話又是科技業比較好 (有去傳產現場看過....) 而且如果去了傳產,原本2年的資歷可能就不算了這讓我這個職場的菜鳥很猶豫究竟是要趁年輕拼一拼還是身體比較重要........ 想聽聽板上前輩們的建議謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.52.228
