菸害申訴破新高　董氏：電子煙也該管

【張博亭／台北報導】今日是菸害防治法新制上路5周年，董氏基金會指出，去年接到的菸害申訴案件高達1011件，比2011年和2010年都多出近400件，其中電子菸菸害申訴高達442件，佔比最高，今年將持續推動菸害防制法修法，包括要求政府應將電子菸納入管制，及菸品容器印製警示圖文應達80%面積等，此外更要求政府應調漲菸稅，每包加徵30元。
 
董氏基金會菸害防制組主任林清麗表示，菸害防制法在2007年完成新制修法，包括大部分室內公共及工作場所禁止吸菸，直到2009年1月11日才上路執行，這些年仍不時接獲民眾投訴在室內受到菸害情況，另外，目前台灣菸品容器印製警示的面積僅35%，遠不及澳洲、烏拉圭、泰國等國家，再加上近幾年癮君子間流傳能用電子菸取代一般菸，但這有礙菸害防制，尤其希望政府能對電子菸有所管制。
