在孩子心中種有機 百坪菜園免費供認養

食品安全問題層出不窮，為讓民眾吃得安心，宜蘭縣三星鄉有機米產銷班長沈福智斥資2千多萬元，在三星鄉行健村打造「原鴨生態教育園區」，將有機米的產製過程及米食製作流程透明化，並在園區裡規劃菜園，教導孩子們親自栽種蔥蒜，透過親手種植的過程，認識有機種植與當令的概念，將有機概念深植心裡。

沈福智說，即日起，「原鴨生態教育園區」提供100坪菜園，開放學校免費申請領養，學生可以利用假日親身體驗農村樂趣及生態教育，收成後，可以作為學校成果展及學校營養午餐的食材，讓學生在操作中，了解有機農業的重要。
