【動新聞】喬事獲座車拒還　林益世開霸王車

【方翊倩／綜合報導】捲入收賄案遭判刑的前行政院祕書長林益世，獲交保1年多來，幾乎在政壇神隱。《壹週刊》接獲爆料，指林益世代步的車輛，竟是擔任立法院國民黨團大黨鞭時，幫忙喬日盛金控人事的「後謝」，這輛懸掛租賃車牌的黑頭車，被林益世據為己有。

今日出版的《壹週刊》報導，這輛被林益世霸住不還的黑頭車，是登記在國內租賃龍頭和運租車公司名下，但向和運租車的，卻不是林益世，而是日盛金控。爆料者指，2011年日盛金控向和運公司租下這部黑色轎車後，就交給林益世使用，之後林益世涉貪下台，還一度把車子調來台北當代步工具。這輛車的租約雖然要到今年1月底才到期，但日盛金公司行員曾向林益世要求還車，林益世竟以「還有需要用車」為由悍然拒絕，還撂話說：「我自己會去跟你們老闆說。」口氣囂張絲毫不改當官時的嘴臉。

對此，日盛金、和運租車皆未回應；林益世電話無法接通，致電林益世妻子彭愛佳，彭接電話一聽到《壹週刊》，立即掛斷。
