客戶資料沒保密　中信金遭罰200萬

【廖珮君／台北報導】金管會晚間宣布，中信金將旗下中國信託商銀的客戶資料，篩選後交給中信保經公司辦理共同行銷，共達43萬筆，遭金管會罰200萬元。

銀行局副局長張國銘說，做一般金檢時發現，中信金將中國信託商銀的客戶資料「篩選」，例如過濾300萬以上的存款客戶，交付給中信保經公司去行銷。金管會認為，只要是「篩選」就有隱含往來交易資料的情況，屬取得客戶明示同意才准運用。

不過金管會也強調，交付客戶資料也僅屬一般基本資料，例如姓名、電話等，並沒有損及客戶權益，也因中信金屬初犯且因是法規適用錯誤，所以只罰200萬元。
