新阿帕契明抵台仍停飛　板車運回歸仁

【陳培煌╱台北報導】我國向美新採購的阿帕契AH-64E攻擊直升機，首批6架抵台後卻發生美方通知停飛特檢。第二批6架將在明天由長榮海運運抵高雄小港。軍方官員表示，因美方尚未檢測出故障原因，我方也未收到美技術通報，無法復飛，明天新的阿帕契抵台後，將不同以往先在港口組裝，再飛到陸軍歸仁基地模式，而是由板車以貨櫃方式，走國道回歸仁。

陸軍去年11月4日才接6架阿帕契返台，上月17日接獲波音公司發出飛安通報，我已暫停六架AH-64E機隊的飛行訓練。國防部副部長夏立言日前在立院答詢時強調，阿帕契停飛檢測是因美方同型機發生問題，但不是故障，而是有安全疑慮。我方會要求美方完全負起責任，絕對不會讓阿帕契變成「鐵棺材」。
