高雄再現登革出血熱病例 今年第4例

2013年最後一天，高雄市再爆本土登革出血熱病例，是今年以來第4例個案，患者為27歲的男性，家住三民區正興里，沒有特殊病史，過去也沒有得過登革熱，跟他同住的父親同時感染登革熱，衛生局為防群聚感染情況擴大，己展開全面噴藥。

高雄市衛生局呼籲民眾進行年終大掃除，務必要清除孳生源，根除病媒蚊，才能安心過好年。衛生局疾病管制處說，目前為登革熱的高峰期，因冬天室外氣溫低，蚊子會躲進屋子裡，因此容易出現群聚感染情形。

患者12月12日陸續出現發燒、肌肉酸痛、骨頭痛、紅疹、腹痛、嘔吐、食欲不振以及出血等症狀，在住家附近診所就醫，15日轉往高醫掛急診、住院治療，醫院19日通報為登革出血熱，經衛生福利部疾病管制署檢驗，結果為陽性，31日判定為登革出血熱。

患者就診時有血便、血小板降低以及血漿滲漏，兩側肋膜有積水和腹水，登革出血熱症狀相當明顯。

衛生局表示，這名患者經治療後已經痊癒出院，而跟他同住的父親也出現登革熱相關症狀，檢驗也證實感染登革熱，治療後也已經痊癒。
