16年判太重？　高振利律師遞交上訴狀

【孫英哲／彰化報導】大統長基公司黑心油事件於16日宣判，該公司董事長高振利被依刑法詐欺罪、販售虛偽標示不實商品罪，以及食品衛生法的攙偽、假冒等罪，遭彰化地院判處有期徒刑16年後，高振利也隨即遭收押禁見，其律師於19日收到判決書後，今天向彰化地院提交上訴狀。
 
彰化地院發言人余仕明庭長指出，該院已收到高振利律師送達的上訴狀，但該上訴狀卻未附理由書，將等律師再附上理由書後，一併將上訴狀轉至台中高分院審理。
