殺害船長輪機長　8名印尼漁工遭起訴

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣蘇澳籍「特宏興368號」漁船長陳德生、輪機長何昌琳，5個多月前，出海作業時，因派工問題，與雇用印尼漁工發生衝突，並遭到印尼漁工聯手毆昏再狠心推下海，致2人命喪大海。
 
12天後，後，海巡署艦艇跑了約半個地球近9千公里，在吉里巴斯西南方623浬處，攔截到「特宏興368號」，並於8月20日將船上9名印尼漁工押返蘇澳港；全案經宜蘭地檢署偵結，今天將涉案的8名漁工依殺人罪嫌起訴。
