UN：南蘇丹戰火蔓延全國一半土地

聯合國人道事務協調廳(OCHA)今天(24日)表示，南蘇丹的戰火如今已蔓延到全國10省的5省，也就是全國有一半的土地都被捲入戰火中，而且至少有4萬5,000名難民在極度擁擠的聯合國基地內，尋求保護。

OCHA表示，目前至少有2萬名難民在首都朱巴(Juba)的兩座聯合國基地，尋求庇護，其他還有1萬7,000名難民，在有火藥庫之稱的瓊萊省(Jonglei)首府博爾(Bor)，接受當地聯合國基地的保護。

至於在富產石油的西上尼羅省(Unity State)首府班提烏(Bentiu)，雖然當地主要掌控在叛軍手中，但是有7,000人獲得聯合國部隊的保護。

另外，聯合國表示，同樣盛產石油的上尼羅省(Upper Nile)，也爆發間歇性的戰鬥。

OCHA指出，加上上述在聯合國基地尋求庇護的難民人數，目前南蘇丹因戰火而流離失所的民眾，人數來到約8萬1,000人。

至於因戰火而不幸喪生的人數，達到500人，但是聯合國相信死亡人數可能更高。
