關廠工人不滿判決敗訴　到新北地院陳情

【陳韋劭／新北報導】全國關廠工人連線約50名勞工和支持者，今天下午3點多搭車到新北地院前陳情，民眾拿著「討債變欠債，司法還公道」的布條在新北地院前抗議，指出目前新北地院共有46件東菱、太中等關廠工人案件待審或遭裁駁，關廠工人代表申請案件能將案件轉移至行政法院審理，但竟全數遭新北地院駁回，依案例判決來看，對案件待審勞工相當不公平。
 
全國關廠連線陳情民眾趁著耶誕節前夕，帶著陳情書和寫有「移轉公法」的小聖誕樹遞交給新北地院的庭長，表達對現有司法審判制度不滿，希望新北地院對關廠工人們的案件能有公平審判，陳情民眾完成訴求後平和解散離去。
