公民團體反服貿活動　下午1時起在凱道登場

反黑箱服貿民主陣線、台灣教授協會等團體，今（22）下午將在總統府前凱達格蘭大道舉辦集會活動，表達對黑箱服貿的抗議，並要求政府重啟談判，抗議團體並呼籲要強化國會監督制衡的力量，防止馬政府繼續與中共簽署傷害國家利益的協議。

民主陣線等公民團體原本打算要從今天起包圍立法院，原因是立法院國民黨團一度揚言，要強行審查服貿協議，綠營方面則反嗆就算流血也會全力擋下，而立院前天朝野協商結果，做出下會期才展開服貿審查的決議，因此今天的反服貿活動改在凱道進行。

今天的這場反服貿活動，下午1點開始集合，除了將當場公布「兩岸談判法制化」問卷結果以及拒答立委的姓名和選區；現場也將舉行「服貿金馬獎」頒獎典禮，將頒發獎項給「唯馬英九是從、馬首是瞻的立委」；另將安排學者、公民代表演講，以及樂團表演等，預計下午5點結束。
