七七行館違建案　劉政池聲請停拆

【丁牧群／台北報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池的七七行館違建拆除有變數！陽明山國家公園管理處上周五命劉家3天內自拆百餘坪違建，最後期限是昨晚12時整，但劉家周五向台北高等行政法院聲請「停止執行」(拆屋)，法院尚未裁定是否停拆。
 
陽管處上周五派3部怪手到七七行館準備拆除違建，劉政池隨即僱工以水刀切割區分房屋違建、非違建結構，並搬卸家具及玻璃等物，劉家還簽切結書表明自拆違建，但截至昨晚，違建仍未拆除。
