標題[請益] 現在工作的朋友 你們會想買房嗎

之前幫朋友在雙和找房 才知道現在房價高的嚇人 雙和的老公寓 差不多都要35萬/坪以上 地點好一點或離捷運站近一點的 都要40萬起跳 四號公園附近更不用想了 有些都要50萬起跳 這幾年房價都翻倍了 許多朋友也因為要成家 所以忍牙買下房子 朋友買房後 態度也變了 一直跟我說 現在不買 以後更買不起 雖然我也很想在雙和買間房 但...現在的房價到底是不是買的時機點呢 唉....... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.44.244.157
