馬英九：透過國際法解決爭端　正確非迂腐

【晏明強／台北報導】總統馬英九上午出席「現代國際法與超國界法」學術研討會暨中華民國國際法學會102年年會，馬總統專題演說指出，詳細回顧政府利用釣魚台主權爭議促成台日漁業協定、處理廣大興漁船事件，及中國大陸劃設東海防空識別區的過程及成果，馬英九強調，台灣在區域中希望扮演和平締造者的角色，而作為愛好和平的國家，以和平方式解決爭議是必須要採取的途徑，透過國際法來解決問題，「這並非是迂腐，而是正確處理國際事務的態度」。
