《看見台灣》河川變色令人憂　新北檢舉量增6成

【方佳怡╱新北報導】甫獲金馬獎最佳紀錄片的《看見台灣》激起民眾環保意識，該片上映後，新北市民單月檢舉水污染的件數，比去年同期增加近六成，讓環保稽查人員順利告發了十一件、裁罰一百零七萬元，其中一件更重罰六十萬元。學者認為：「此片喚起民眾對台灣環境關懷，更盼政府拿出永續發展政策因應。」
 
《看見台灣》上月一日上映以來，新北市環保局統計，民眾單月檢舉水污染案件達九十件，去年同期為五十七件，同時也發現上述舉發案中，民眾特別點名河川變色有六十八件，另同月的空氣及噪音污染檢舉數量，也較去年同期增加，顯見該片上映後民眾對於周邊環境重視。環保稽查科科長許嘉琦昨指出，上月水污稽查件數計兩百二十五件，告發十一件中尚有四件水質送驗，目前裁罰金額為一百零七萬元。
