立委廖正井被控賄選案　更審改判無罪

【劉昌松／台北報導】國民黨籍立委廖正井，被控在2007年立委選舉期間，透過廖氏宗親會賄選，一審判廖3年半徒刑，但高院今天更二審認為賄選證據不足，改判廖正井無罪。本案還可上訴。

判決指出，廖正井在2007年12月11日的確拿了10萬元的現金，給廖氏宗親會後援會觀音分會總幹事廖慶福，但因檢方無法證明，廖正井拿出這些錢的用途，到底是作為地方上紅白帖費用，或者是作為賄選花費，基於罪證有疑，利於被告原則，判決廖正井無罪。

至於廖慶福因幫廖正井賄選事證明確，被判刑2年，褫奪公權3年，但獲得緩刑5年並要繳庫2百萬元。而受託買票的宗親廖文振則被刑1年10月，褫奪公權2年，緩刑5年。
