弟弟未自願默園勒戒　詹姊：羅織虛有罪名

【曾伯愷／新北報導】弟弟沒吸毒！昨天詹母接受偵訊時，向檢方供稱，弟弟跟母親說吸毒，怕去勒戒的時候會遭到欺負，所以才想在默園用這樣的方式勒戒，詹姊說，弟弟根本就沒有吸毒，覺得他們（日月明功）想加諸一個罪名在弟弟身上，目的就是不讓他去念大學，就跟當初她高三的時候情況很像。
 
有媒體說，弟弟可能想藉去勒戒，能夠就此逃離媽媽以及日月明功的糾纏，才會謊稱自己吸毒，詹姊認為弟弟個性很單純，不可能用這樣的方式，弟弟一定是直接說明他很想上大學，然後他們才會找其他方式去綁住他。
 
詹母昨天在庭訊的時候，向檢察官坦承，還有其他共犯幫忙綑綁弟弟，詹姊強調媽媽身材那麼矮小，怎麼可能獨立去綑綁體型高大的弟弟。
