閣員房產王？　李鴻源：祖先留下

【黃揚明／台北報導】《自由時報》今報導多數內閣首長擁有2筆以上房產，質疑政府因此打房不積極，且點名內政部長李鴻源夫婦名下有9筆房產，是房產王。李鴻源受訪說，他名下房子大部分是祖先留下來的，「我還不清楚我有多少房子，因為其實都是家裡的產業。」他強調，名下房產幾乎都信託了，也沒買賣，與報導所指涉政府政策完全不相干。

李鴻源還說，用「打房」這個詞不好，因為「聽起來還蠻有一點暴力的氣氛」，用「健全房地產市場是比較好的名詞」。他也強調，他贊成平抑房價、讓房價合理化、讓年輕人、低收入戶都找得到好的房子，他也覺得台北房價不該這麼高，但如何找出一個平衡點，需要大家努力，「和我個人絕對沒有關係」。
