歐元區也將失落？低通膨化為長期問題 明、後年恐最艱困

歐洲央行（ECB）周四（5日）宣布，維持利率於 0.25% 不變，同時將明年經濟成長預估從 1% 微幅上調至 1.1%。然而德拉吉（Mario Draghi）仍不忘警告，歐元區經濟前景仍有下行風險，甚至可能面對一段漫長的低通膨時期。

雖然歐元區經濟已露曙光，但短期內還是難逃低通膨的陰影。

歐洲央行（ECB）周四（5日）宣布，維持利率於 0.25% 不變，同時將明年經濟成長預估從 1% 微幅上調至 1.1%。

然而 ECB 總裁德拉吉（Mario Draghi）仍不忘警告，歐元區經濟前景仍有下行風險，甚至可能面對一段漫長的低通膨時期。

他說，「可能會經歷一段漫長的低通膨，然後逐步走高至略低於或趨近 2% 的通膨率」。

ECB 估計今年歐元區通膨率為 1.4%，明年將下滑至 1.1%，2015 年微揚至 1.3%--明顯低於設定的 2% 通膨目標。

該行周四同步預測，歐元區 2013 年GDP 將萎縮0.4%，2014年將成長1.1%，2015年成長1.5%。

德拉吉強調，ECB 正密切注意市場發展，並準備好所有可行的經濟刺激工具。

ING 資深分析師 Carsten Brzeski 認為，德拉吉此言已經為進一步降息預留空間；而其餘可能的工具包括，再次施行長期再融資操作（LTRO），甚至推行負利率等。
