全球PC市場需求持續不振，惟研究機構Gartner今天發布報告，指出在政府大型採購標案的挹注下，第3季印度PC市場出貨量逆勢比去年同期成長7.9%。

受到PC轉移至平板，使得北美和歐洲等成熟市場，2013年第3季的PC銷售量下跌至2008年以來的最低水準。

但印度在一些大型政府採購標案的挹注下，上季PC銷售量近 320萬台，較去年同期逆勢成長7.9%。其中惠普是最大贏家，惠普第3季在印度的PC市占率較去年同期翻倍，市占率達到32.5%，躍居印度PC龍頭。
