新北11月房市交易量 增8.9%

儘管景氣依舊有點冷，但買房的還是大有人在，新北市地政局今天表示，11月新北市房市交易案件量共計8,050件，和10月份相較，增加8.9%。

新北市地政局指出，新北市11月份房市交易總量成長，比上個月增加657件，其中新店、淡水和五股，都因為有新成屋交屋，因此交易量增加較多，11月份交易量分別比10月份增加695件、322件和86件；另外林口、中和和蘆洲，則是因為10月份新成屋大批移轉量較大，使得11月減少量相對較多，分別比10月減少147、116件和97件。而以移轉棟數來看，新北市11月移轉棟數比上個月增加821棟，增加了12.7%。
