嘉縣減重冠軍半年去掉二十七點六公斤

嘉義縣「全嘉健康減重大賽」成績揭曉，第一名減重高達二十七點六公斤。多達一萬七千名參賽者總計減重超過二十八公噸。

家住嘉義縣鹿草鄉的減重冠軍胡冠慈，因為最愛「吃到飽」及夜市高熱量食物，最重曾達到一百二十七公斤，平時總是嘴巴動不停，自嘲只有睡覺時沒在吃。這次參加嘉義縣減重比賽，短短半年就瘦了二十七點六公斤。

胡冠慈開心分享減重心得時表示，減重沒撇步，少吃、多運動就對了，「享瘦的感覺真好」，現在仍持續努力克制暴飲暴食，連最愛的牛排、碳烤等幾乎都不碰了。希望在家人支持及關心下，能持之以恆，成為健康窈窕美少女。

至於獲得第三名蕭愉憑，減重一九點三公斤，為了減重，她每天走路三十分鐘以上，同時調整飲食，增加蔬果份量與種類，晚餐幾乎不吃，不僅身材變瘦，穿著變好看，也得到大家讚美，非常開心。
