轎車國道擦撞護欄起火 老翁幸輕傷

國道3號北上40.6公里處，上午發生一起火燒車意外，一輛自小客車在內側二線道疑似車速過快擦撞護欄，車身冒煙起火，消防人員獲報馬上前往救援，救出70歲的男性駕駛，他被救出時有腳麻狀況、手指擦傷，還好意識清楚沒有生命危險，被送到雙和醫院救治；而北上內線2車道也因為這起車禍意外一度封閉，只剩外側及路肩可通行，後來在國道員警疏導下，車行才逐漸恢復正常。
