俄羅斯總統普丁愛遲到 被封遲到大王

俄羅斯總統普丁愛遲到出名，包括英國女王、西班牙國王在內，許多國家元首，都曾經領教過他的壞毛病。

據報導，上個月普丁訪問南韓，前往青瓦台拜會朴槿惠時，雖然行程已經有點拖延，他在途中還停下來和武術愛好者聊天，結果遲到半小時，南韓媒體第二天用「普丁先生、下次請準時」做標題，報導這件事，俄羅斯記者則說，只遲到半小時，已經非常客氣，看看他的不良紀錄，朴槿惠應該要對普丁對她的尊敬感到欣慰。

普丁曾在與美國國務卿凱瑞會談時，遲到三個小時，去年，他在克里米亞與烏克蘭總統磋商天然氣貿易議題時，遲到將近四個小時。有人說，普丁遲到，有時是故意的，因為他想凸顯自己的地位。不過據透露，他的壞習慣是年輕時候就養成的，當年，他就連和女朋友約會都遲到，有人說，搞不好將來他連出席自己的葬禮都會遲到。（圖片取材自網路）
