基隆港務4日辦健康講座

台灣港務公司基隆港務分公司訂於四日下午二時三十分起，在基港大樓簡報室，邀請現任基隆長庚心臟內科醫師洪明銳，蒞臨專題演講，洪明銳為長庚大學臨床學學研究所博士，曾任美國Emory大學心臟超音波研究員，現為長庚大學醫學院教授，專精冠狀動脈痙攣性心絞痛、高血壓、心臟超音波、冠狀動脈介入性治療。

基隆港務分公司介紹，由於冬季天氣變冷，是引發心臟疾病高峰期，本次演講特別邀請鄰近機關，並開放外界人士自由參加，歡迎市民眾踴躍出席聆聽演講。
