標題[請問] 房子轉移到我名下，還有貸款？

請問我們現在住的房子是我大伯的名字 但是貸款是我們在繳 房子也是我們在住 現在要把房子轉到我名下 還有貸款的部分也是 我大伯也同意 請問我可以自己辦理嗎？ （我26歲有足的經濟能力負擔！） 還是一定要代書？ 代書費用約多少？ 大致上的程序是如何呢？ 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.70.229.236
