回台大授課　江揆：心情興奮

【王家俊／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺擔任閣揆後晚間首度回到台大，對政治、經濟、土木及工業工程四系所在職專班近百名學生演講「公共政策的規劃與制定」。江揆表示，擔任政務官後，本來還在學校兼任，一年半前辭去教職，首度返校而且接大班的課，「心情興奮」。他回憶過去很嚴格，學生可以不來上課，但絕不同意在課堂上睡覺。

江揆形容，學者從政後，很多事情不能對外講，「很多事情自己心裡知道，可能要等到公務生涯結束、甚至生命終了才能對外披露。」江揆說，透過總統大選、議會制度兩大因素的展現，人民可以對前面四年做裁判，或對未來四年的生活有期待，因此，執政者必須反映人民心聲，而非僅實現自己的意志；若只在乎自己的想法，而非人民的檢驗，很可能在下次選舉被淘汰。

江揆透露，在政府中遇到不少人，原本滿腔熱血，但面對自己政黨或在野黨溝通困難，比起制訂政策還要困難，因此容易產生挫折。
