澎湖馬公港埠大樓7至12樓旅館出租招標案 決標

臺灣港務公司高雄港務分公司為活化資產配合澎湖縣觀光發展，辦理「馬公港港埠大樓七至十二樓旅館部暨一樓旅館部櫃台」出租公開招標，已於昨（二十二）日決標，由夢想家商務旅館有限公司得標，期待明年旅遊旺季前可完成旅館部裝潢，並為澎湖港帶來一翻新氣象。

高雄港務分公司於月初公告辦理「馬公港港埠大樓七至十二樓旅館部暨一樓旅館部櫃台」出租公開招標，該案租賃標的為馬公港港埠大樓七至十二樓及一樓部分面積，每層樓約八百平方公尺，總出租樓地板面積共計約近五千平方公尺，租賃經營期限訂為二十年。

馬公港埠大樓位於馬公市市區最熱鬧的地段，鄰近的景點就有四眼井、順承門、天后宮、觀音亭休閒園區等熱門的觀光景點，地理位置極佳，交通便捷；該大樓旁邊無高大建物遮擋，一眼望去整個馬公市區盡數都納入眼裡，可觀賞美麗的海景。
