房價漲逾3成　五分埔吸3建商搶都更

【王筱君／台北報導】松山、南港區隨著市民大道尾段開通、松山車站BOT案及捷運松山線明年可望通車等利多，仍以舊公寓為主的五分埔成建商眼中的兵家必爭之地，目前區內已有寶佳、皇翔與瓏山林3建設公司插旗都更案。

據實價登錄顯示，五分埔周邊中古屋行情均價約65~77萬元，大樓約58~63萬元；周邊新建案行情約110~125萬元，甲山林副總徐永仁表示，「提供都更想大像空間大。」預估都更後區域房價約140~150萬元。
