華沙氣候談判 在最後一刻達成共識

聯合國在波蘭華沙召開的氣候會議，針對對抗全球暖化的議題，勉強達成了共識，希望能實現2015年在巴黎簽訂新全球氣候協議的目標。

華沙氣候會議，比原訂時間，延後一天落幕，歷時兩個星期的會議，在結束前的四十個小時，談判代表經過激烈辯論和一連串妥協，終於達成共識，環保組織對協議中沒有對工作經費怎麼來，提出具體承諾，很不滿意。

這次會議在海燕颱風重創菲律賓的陰霾中展開，菲律賓代表在發言的時候，激動落淚，他呼籲各國正視氣候變遷的問題，不要再讓菲律賓的悲劇，在其他地方重演。

不過所有善良的出發點，在碰到政治和經濟現實的時候，都免不了會被複雜化，如果要用一句話為這次會談的成果做結論，那就是不滿意但是可以接受。
