懷念吃牢飯　男偷飲料嗆店員快報警

【胡治言／綜合報導】49歲林姓男子因想吃免錢牢飯，跑去超商偷飲料及零食，然後拜託店員「報警」抓他。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，警方調查，林男去年曾因在超商偷竊被逮，遭判刑3個月，出獄後懷念牢獄生活，日前又到超商，當著店員的面將可樂往口袋放，店員原表示只要將商品放回原位就不追究，沒想到林男回嗆：「快點抓我啦！」還當場將可樂喝完，店員只好報警。警方逮捕林男後移送台北地檢署，但最後被無保飭回。
