立院調查關說案　呂學樟：看不出王金平涉案

【晏明強／台北報導】立法院長王金平涉及司法關說案，除了國民黨正設法解套外，立院紀律委員會也正在進行調查中，紀委會召委、國民黨立委呂學樟今表示，紀委會會儘快釐清真相，到底王金平有無涉入司法關說，如果有，就有必要黨紀處理，但若沒有，也不能憑檢察總長的指控，或是想當然爾的方式來處理，依查察結果，還有調閱的相關事證來看，「目前看不出來王院長有涉及實質關說」。

呂學樟表示，民進黨立委柯建銘說他跟王院長訴苦、陳情，不是跟林秀濤檢察官去直接關說，如果當時黃世銘指控王的譯文，有剪接、變造，就不能當作證據，因此「目前朝向王院長有利的方向走」。但呂也說，在還沒有查察清楚以前，現在還沒有定論。
