台中七期 買氣又熱起來

奢侈稅期限延長陰霾消除，台中七期豪宅再現買氣，聯聚建設新推的「泰和大廈」今（20）日開盤銷售，規劃46戶豪宅、每戶7,000萬元起跳，預約看屋已超過150餘組，市場反映熱絡。

另外，精銳「花千樹」、雙橡園「V1特區」也開出紅盤，銷售率超過八成。市調指出，奢侈稅疑慮消除後，最近七期豪宅來客明顯增加三成以上，以北部客、鮭魚返鄉的台商為主力。

聯聚「泰和大廈」今天正式公開銷售，規劃坪數115至230坪，預估每坪單價60萬元起跳，每戶總價至少7,000萬元，最高達1.5億餘元，但預約情況十分踴躍。

台灣省不動產開發公會理事鍾尹堂說，台中七期房價與台北相差很大，連新莊重劃區房價都快超過台中。北部建商南下搶地，就是看上台中還有漲幅空間。
