離婚仍約會　女告前夫拍裸照性侵不起訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市一對20多歲年輕夫妻前年離婚卻持續到汽車旅館約會，日前女方指控男方今年4月趁她中暑偷拍她半裸臥床照，並藉此脅迫她發生2次性關係；但新北地檢署查出事後兩人仍透過手機通訊軟體平靜交談，且事隔一個多月女方才因娘家親友得知而提告，認定她沒被性侵，今將男方不起訴。

男方堅稱想挽回感情，並非靠裸照脅迫女方上床，他深愛女方，但因娘家反對而分離，不雅照也已刪除；女方表示很怕不雅照外流，才答應男方赴約，至於發生2次性關係是因為「想快點結束離開」，她不想告男方，以免小孩長大知道爸爸有前科，但因家人堅持才報警。
