諾基亞出售手機部門給微軟 股東同意

芬蘭電信大廠諾基亞(Nokia)今天(19日)表示，股東們已同意出售手機部門給美國電腦軟體鉅子微軟公司(Microsoft)。諾基亞表示，這項交易的金額是54億4,000萬歐元(73億5,000萬美元)。

諾基亞已轉型為電信設備及服務業者，該公司表示，股東們以幾乎一致通過的決議，高達99.7%的股東，投票贊成將手機部門賣給微軟。

諾基亞表示，股東們是在公司於芬蘭首都赫爾辛基(Helsink)召開特別會議之前，先就這項出售手機部門案進行投票。
