舊金山FED：美國經濟展望向好，明後年料加速

FED紐約分行總裁William C. Dudley 19日發表演說時表示，對美國經濟氣氛感到樂觀，儘管年中有政府扯後腿，但私部門依舊持續復甦，而政府的不利因素也將隨之被淡化。

美國第三季GDP勁揚2.8%，不僅高於前季的2.5%且優於市場預期。Dudley看好2014年經濟成長速度會有所提升，2015年則會再加快一點。

除此之外，Dudley還預測明後年就業環境也將有明顯改善，10月份強勁的就業報告就是正面跡象。今年迄今，美國非農就業每月平均新增18.63萬人，優於去年同期的18.275萬人。

另外，同日發表演說的費城分行總裁Charles Plosser預測，美國2014年經濟成長率有機會加速至3%，失業率年底降至6.25%。因此，他認為，FED應認真考慮在今年末終結購債計畫，以免央行信用受質疑。

Plosser自始至終從未支持過FED印錢購債，或俗稱的量化寬鬆(QE)政策，不過。他還要等到明年才能取得對制定貨幣政策的投票權。
