開南12位甘比亞學生　希望繼續留台讀書

【石明啟／桃園報導】我國今天上午宣布和非洲甘比亞斷交，桃園開南大學12位甘國學生聽到這項消息都很震驚，希望2國斷交不要影響他們學業，也希望2國能夠繼續維持外交關係，他們都說，很喜歡台灣，學校、學生對他們都很好。
 
開南大學指出，這12位甘國學生都是申請來台，就讀商業管理等科系，學校發給獎學金，依規定平均每科75分以上，全費、住宿全免。目前只有1位學生成績未達標準，自行付費外，其餘都全免，因此他們求學不受2國斷交影響。
