男電話罵「不作妓可惜」　公然侮辱不起訴

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名49歲李姓男子，日前與1名陳姓女子交惡，一時情緒失控在電話中謾罵女子「討客兄、比妓女還賤、不做妓可惜」。陳女父親得知後，怒告李男公然侮辱，警方依妨礙名譽罪嫌將李男送辦。

但檢方認為縱使李男有說過這些話語，但只是在電話中對話，旁人聽不到，也難以斷定李男有散布的意圖，與公然侮辱構成要件不符，全案偵結不起訴處分。
