美國社工把寄養童銬在前廊

美國一個社工把一個寄養的男孩，用手銬銬在住處的門廊上，還在他的脖子上，掛了一隻死雞。

拉森是北卡一個地方社福機構督導，他與先生認養了四名子女，目前還擔任寄養家庭，受虐的11歲男童，寄養在他家。警察發現男童腳踝上銬，在門廊上被凍得不停發抖。

那對面善心惡的夫妻已經被捕，家裡的五個八到14歲小孩，都交付兒福機構暫時照顧。
