環署：黑心油未經使用　生質柴油轉化率高

【蔡明樺／台北報導】衛福部即起將回收的2080噸黑心油轉作生質柴油，環保署環境督察總隊長陳咸亨今指，1公噸的廢食用油約可轉化成近1000公升的生質柴油，轉化率接近100％，過去收購廢食用油每公升價格約18元，目前衛福部下架的不合格油都是未經使用，品質更好，生質柴油的轉化率會更高，生質柴油售出價格約為每公升30元，主要用於添加在超級柴油和鍋爐燃料使用。
