肇事調解2度穿大紅衣　家屬怒拒和解

【許淑惠／台中報導】中市鄭姓男子去年11月開車載女兒返學校宿舍途中，貿然向左迴轉，導致騎機車的楊姓男子煞車不及撞擊死亡，楊男家屬指責鄭男2度調解都身穿大紅衣服，態度輕佻、輕慢死者，毫無悔意，楊家一脈單傳，香火難續，提告求償近1300萬元。
 
台中地院指出，楊男(21歲)自幼父母離異，父親死亡後，由伯父撫養長大，伯父可請求撫養費213萬元，但不可請求精神慰撫金，其母親雖已另組家庭，但仍可請求撫養費82萬餘元及250萬元的精神慰撫金，加上喪葬費用等，判鄭男共要賠償564萬餘元。可上訴。
