頂新求償1.5億 撇清大統

頂新集團旗下頂新製油與味全公司，昨日委任律師到台北地院提出民事損害賠償訴訟，要求販賣假油的大統長基及董事長高振利，連帶賠償1億5000萬元。

頂新與味全公司涉向大統購買含銅葉綠素的假油販售，味全公司董事長魏應充被台北地檢署以1000萬元交保，但頂新與味全自認是被害人，並認為大統販賣假油造成2公司商譽受損，遞狀向大統長基公司及負責人高振利請求連帶賠償。

其中，頂新求償8000萬元、味全求償7000萬元，合計1億5000萬元。頂新集團強調，「求償金額還可能再往上加」。

至於大統面對各方求償恐無力賠償，頂新主管回應，會聲請假扣押等法律程序保障權益，最重要是求償這個動作一定要做。

食品同業分析，頂新味全自己應該也知道拿到錢的機率不高，相信他們重點也不是在那，而是藉此（提告）塑造自己也是「受害者」形象，跟大統劃清界線。

至於同集團的正義食品也買到進口油品一事，頂新表示，寶素齋已將「寶素齋100％純葡萄籽油1L/玻璃瓶」、「寶素齋100％冷壓純葡萄籽油1.5L/PET瓶」2款問題產品，和另外7支調和添加Vidoria的油品都先下架封存，等待查明真相再重新上架。
