大統勞退金才三萬 勞委會擬從查扣資產提撥

大統長基因為賣黑心油遭到調查，讓無辜員工擔心未來生計，勞委會更調查發現，大統勞退金專戶竟然只存3萬元。對此，勞委會主委潘世偉表示，勞委會當然希望提撥金額要達到法定許可的水準，而且由於這是雇主應該提撥的錢，如果提出聲請，法院通常會同意從被查扣的錢中提出來，讓員工萬一有需要時可以使用。(程平報導)

潘世偉強調，雖然目前大統還沒有關廠歇業，勞委會也希望大統能繼續營運，但還是要做最不好的打算，當然要確定提撥到法定許可的水準，好在萬一怎樣的時候，能夠有錢支應員工。

潘世偉也認為，由於這是雇主應該提撥的錢，如果向法院聲請從被查扣的錢中提撥，法院通常會同意。

潘世偉並說，行政院在舉行食安相關問題跨部會會議時，也會將勞工權益部分納入討論。
