標題[請問] 投捐款箱的錢 企業能抵稅嗎

想請教一下 在外面常常看到有捐款箱 可能是捐給世界展望會 創世基金會 或是其他社福團體 這些捐款箱上頭 有放這些社福機構開立給設立捐款箱單位的收據 這樣的話企業能抵稅嗎 如果能抵稅的話豈不是民眾做愛心企業少繳稅? 還是說這種捐款箱依法是不能抵稅的? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.92.136
