未發現肺部腫瘤　醫業務過失致死判6月

【王吟芳／高雄報導】高雄民生醫院內科主治醫師郭恩芳，被控在5年前為莊姓病患診斷咳嗽症狀時，忽略病患胸部X光照到的白色陰影可能是肺部腫瘤，應再做電腦斷層篩檢，卻未進一步確認，致無法發現莊男已罹患肺癌末期，延誤治療時間長達1年8月，最後病重不治。高雄地院審理後依業務過失致死罪，判處郭恩芳有期徒刑6月，得18萬元易科罰金。
