漁船欠款遭查封　保釣人士堅持出海

【陳偉周／新北報導】世界華人保釣協會理事長黃定為（本名黃錫麟）與3名保釣人士，今天晚間7時許，在萬里安檢所準備航駛20噸永春號要出海釣魚，遭到海巡署人員阻擋，黃嗆：「我們要去宣示主權！」雙方發生爭執，黃甚至報警被打，但警方到場確定根本沒事即離去。
 
海巡署表示，永春號仍有積欠基隆漁會20萬債務，因此遭到地方法院查封，限制出海，目前黃男等4人，仍在現場與海巡署人員僵持不下，基隆市政府漁業署已派員到場關切。
