美債大限將屆 法案表決卡關

美債大限台北時間明天中午到期，美國民主共和兩黨卻還在惡鬥。原本參議院已經就政府預算與舉債上限問題、幾乎要達成協議，想不到眾院不買帳，自己又另起爐灶，結果法案還沒表決、就因為內鬨喊卡，等於定時炸彈現在又丟回參院手上，只是距離引爆、只剩短短一天。

山姆大叔就要倒債，參院兩黨15日好不容易達成協議，將提高舉債上限16.7兆美元至明年2月7日，並同意撥付臨時預算、讓政府運作到一月中。

共和黨同意不碰歐巴馬健保，白宮也不堅持有長期預算案，雙方各退一步，想不到參院上午講好，下午眾院又拋出變化球，參院只好暫停協商，靜觀其變。

其實眾院版本跟參院差不多，最大不同是針對白宮堅持不動的歐巴馬健保、增列附加條款，另外錢也打算只給到12月中，白宮批評法案形同勒索，眾院民主黨領袖裴洛西更擺明看好戲，果不其然，原定晚間的投票在最後一刻喊停，因為共和黨自己也喬不攏。

眾院喊卡，參院協議又敗部復活、美債危機看似露出曙光，不過距離大限之日只剩將近一天的時間，連歐巴馬自己都不諱言、倒債機會頗高，在定時炸彈引爆前，歐巴馬也只能溫情喊話，其他的就留待16日天亮後、最後一搏。(民視新聞綜合報導)
