屏東登革熱病例增 現今年死亡首例

衛生福利部疾病管制署今(15)日下午公布最新登革熱疫情，出現今年首例死亡病例。疾管署表示，屏東縣本土登革熱案例持續增加，上週新增13例，屏東市10例，內埔鄉、新埤鄉及竹田鄉各1例。其中屏東市長春里一名76歲女性確診登革熱且送醫後仍不幸死亡。

疾管署指出，上週新增1死亡病例是今年首例因登革熱死亡的病人，該名76歲女性居住於屏東市長春里，10月6日開始出現食慾不振、口乾舌燥、腹瀉、肌肉痛、關節痛等症狀，就醫後確診為登革熱。

疾管署防疫醫生羅一鈞補充，該名女性10日後因為跌倒數次後意識不清，其外傷出血也造成血小板數量低下、凝血功能變差，送醫後仍不幸死亡。其3名同住家人也確診為登革熱，但病情已在控制中。

根據疾管署統計，截至10月14日，今年共有164個本土病例，屏東縣152例、台北市7例、高雄市4例以及新北市1例。

疾管署呼籲，屏東縣本土登革熱病例數持續增加且有逐漸擴散至其他里別的趨勢，民眾應徹底清除戶內外積水容器、回收處理不需要的容器，以降低社區病媒蚊密度及本土登革熱疫情發生風險。
