外資在滬自貿區發行股票 陸可望放行

據《華爾街日報》報導，兩名知情人士透露，大陸可能允許在上海自貿區註冊的外資公司透過發行股票籌集資金，此舉將進一步開放大陸的資本項目，同時為外國企業向全球第四大股票市場融資鋪平道路。

大陸政府仍對股市實施嚴格控制，不允許外國公司在大陸發行股票。其中一位知情人士透露，但是現在大陸相關部門正對一項提議進行研究，該提議將允許符合資格的外資公司在上海自貿區內，擬設立的一個指定交易平臺上發行股票。

這一擬議中的交易平臺（實際為一個場外交易市場）可能成為上海證券交易所（Shanghai Stock Exchange）遲遲未推出的國際板(境外企業在大陸A股市場上市發行所屬的板塊的一個試驗平臺，允許外國公司在大陸上市前通過首次公開募股（IPO）方式發行股票。

另一名知情人士表示，上海證交所持股29%的上海股權託管交易中心（Shanghai Equity Exchange）正考慮在上海自貿區推出這樣一個交易平臺。該人士未詳述時間表。
